A charity institute in Mashhad holds a meeting every Wednesday about the activities of the institute to help patients suffering from both illness and poverty.
Toos Charity Institute director told Mehr New that the institute had been working for ten years and a good number of clerics, doctors and charity activists are members there.
The institute provides financial support needed for medicines, medical tests, surgeries, chemotherapy, and all remedies for especial diseases.
Basiripour added that the institute members had risen on a yearly basis to twice as many as the number in the previous year, and the number of patients had been 10 per cent down compared to that of the few past years.
